Restless nights and counting the tiles on your ceiling are not an ideal situation to find yourself in if you suffer from an inability to fall asleep at night, a condition known as insomnia.  Luckily, there are many sources that can offer you relief and help with insomnia if you understand your condition and understand why you have insomnia problems.
